Juice of Chinese pear
(Pyrus pyrifloraL.)
Ingredient
Pear 15 fruits
Boiling
water has been cooled 10 cups
Syrup 2 and 1/2 cups
Salt 1 and
1/2 teaspoonful
Method
1. Select
ripe pear washed, peeled, slice into thin pieces then put into the blender.
2. After
blending, fill water and pour the mixture into the pot coated. Bring it to heat
to boiling.
3. Then
syrup added. Taste as you like. Bring it to filter with sieve.
The juice
of pear is a reddish brown.
Keep it in
the bottle and stored in the refrigerator.
Utilization
1. Used as
food. Ripe fruit eaten as a fruit.
2. Pear has
the effect to reduce body heat. For cough and dissolve phlegm. But not for
those with diarrhea.
