Chinese pear juice

Juice of Chinese pear (Pyrus pyrifloraL.)
Ingredient
Pear                                           15    fruits
Boiling water has been cooled   10 cups
Syrup                                          2 and 1/2 cups
Salt                                             1 and 1/2 teaspoonful

Method
1. Select ripe pear washed, peeled, slice into thin pieces then put into the blender.
2. After blending, fill water and pour the mixture into the pot coated. Bring it to heat to boiling.
3. Then syrup added. Taste as you like. Bring it to filter with sieve.
The juice of pear is a reddish brown.
Keep it in the bottle and stored in the refrigerator.

Utilization
1. Used as food. Ripe fruit eaten as a fruit.

2. Pear has the effect to reduce body heat. For cough and dissolve phlegm. But not for those with diarrhea.

Strawberry juice

Ingredient
Strawberries                                              1   kilogram
Syrup                                                         4   cups
Salt                                                            1   tablespoonful
Boiling water that has been cooled down    15  cups
Flavor with strawberry scent                       1   teaspoonful

Method
1. Wash and clean strawberries, cut out the stem and the leaf , put aside to make water dried.
2. Put strawberries into the blender ,and put syrup, sale, water. Spin until homogeneously, pouring into the bottle and keep in refrigerator.

When served drinks, pour jouice into the glass.
It's used as morning drinks, or serve with ice. By using a tall glass.

Usage:-
Used as food:- fresh fruit eaten as fruit. or making yam, and making juice
Nutritional Value:- Strawberry meat has organic acid, vitamin C and A, phosphorus, calcium and others.
